Cricket World Cup 2011

Cricket World Cup 2011: Fourteen countries will compete for Cricket championship in Cricket World Cup 2011 from Feb 19, 2011 to Apr 2, 2011 in the Indian sub-continent. India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will host 49 matches. Pakistan was removed from the group of hosting countries due to safety concerns. Terrorism is costing Pakistan much more.

Here's where the action will be...India is hosting the most number of matches (including the finals in Mumbai) and comes alive during cricket matches. I'm trying hard to be there for those 6 weeks to witness live matches

  1. A small point ;)

As someone from Scotland, it's not very nice being lumped together with England in the map!

  2. Sorry about that... my mistake... it was unintentional and a limitation of the map I was using. I've corrected it now. Thank you for pointing it out.
